POSITION OVERVIEW:
Responsible for managing the church’s payable accounts by processing invoices, verifying their accuracy, reconciling supplier statements, adding vendors, and ensuring timely payments to vendors, essentially ensuring the church pays its bills correctly and on time.
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review invoices for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure proper supporting documentation accompanies the invoice, including supervisor approval for the transaction.
  • Perform invoice and general ledger data entry in integrated business applications, including Sage Intacct, and other programs, like Microsoft Excel.
  • Tracking invoices and invoice approval.
  • Reconcile monthly vendor statements to ensure that all invoices are processed timely and resolve any outstanding balances on vendor accounts.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across multiple diverse ministries, departments, campuses, and management levels.
  • Assist senior financial officers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in not-for-profit bookkeeping, accounts payable, payroll, and/or purchasing position required. Experience with Sage Intacct preferred.

SUMMARY:

Responsible for managing the campus Production Department, including planning initiatives and all phases of service production. Creates and communicates plans for services at the campus, and ensures venues are staffed with appropriate A/V/L crew to support creative vision for services. Responsible for systems within all venues at the campus.

DUTIES:

  • Coordinate service direction with music teams, campus pastor, production teams, marketing, and communications

  • Strong, effective written and spoken communication skills including professional phone and email etiquette.

  • Ability to meet priorities and deadlines with accuracy and timeliness.

Job Summary:

Under general supervision, performs a variety of work in the general maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities, and equipment. Performs related duties as assigned. 

 

Overall Responsibilities:

(Any one position may not include all of the listed duties, nor do all of the listed examples include all tasks which may be found in positions within this classification.)

General maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities, equipment, and grounds. 

Performs a variety of general facility maintenance and operation tasks. Such tasks would include: 
•    Liaison with contractors to ensure jobs are efficiently and effectively completed
•    Update FMX (facilities management database) daily
•    Collaborate with Facilities Director to plan, schedule and oversee projects
•    Ensure all equipment inspections are conducted as required 
•    Serve as contact for facility emergencies
•    Assign custodial contractors as needed 
•    Assist with moving furniture and equipment as needed for Sunday and special events
•    Identify projects requiring the services of a higher skilled crafts person 
•    Obtain quotes and arrange for services of outside vendors as directed
•    Open and close buildings 
•    Activate and deactivate building alarms
•    Submit purchase requests, invoices and receipts to Facilities Director
•    Maintains clean, safe, and orderly work sites
•    Build and lead a volunteer team to assist with Sunday and special events

 

Qualifications:

Education, Training, and Experience
Any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described including related work experience in one or more of the building trades.

Knowledge of:
Methods used in maintenance including basic knowledge of the following trades: carpentry, plumbing, painting, masonry and grounds keeping; maintenance of hand tools and gas-powered equipment; standard practices and tools used in the maintenance and repair of building facilities; safety practices and procedures related to the building trades; proper lifting techniques; basic math.

Skill and Ability to:
Effectively use a variety of hand and power tools; operate appropriate lifts as needed to perform duties of the job; read blueprints; perform a variety of physical labor including climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for long periods of time; lift and carry boxes, tools, equipment and materials a minimum of 75 pounds; review and identify projects needed to be serviced by outside contractors; follow oral and/or written instructions; communicate effectively in both oral and written form; maintain work logs and service requests via FMX database; establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work assignments.

SUMMARY:

The Global Technical Director is responsible for the mechanical operations and support for all technical systems for all campuses. From operation and maintenance, to managing both paid and volunteer positions, this position ensures high-level technical quality for services as well as special events throughout the facilities. This position will coordinate weekly with the Global Media Director for service planning, technical rehearsals, sound checks as well as weekly performances.

DUTIES:

  • Technical support for multisite campuses

  • Must have strong knowledge of video, network, and lighting systems including but not limited to: Ross Video Systems, Clearcom, artnet, LED walls and processing, video routers, Apple computers, and shared storage systems.
  • Have the understanding of stage drawing software.
  • Strong, effective written and spoken communication skills including professional phone and email etiquette.
  • Team player mentality including the ability to work well with a broad range of individuals and groups and a willingness to receive and act on direction.
  • Ability to meet priorities and deadlines with accuracy and timeliness.
