Jentezen Franklin Media Ministries (JFMM) is seeking a talented and creative Broadcast Video Producer to join our media team.
This position plays an important role in creating compelling, high-quality content that carries the message of the Gospel to audiences around the world. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded video professional who is equally comfortable behind the camera and in the edit suite, with strong skills in cinematography, lighting, editing, and visual storytelling.
The Broadcast Video Producer will help take projects from concept to completion—planning and filming interviews and stories, creating professional lighting setups, capturing cinematic footage, and editing finished content for television, digital platforms, ministry initiatives, donor communication, and special projects.
We are looking for someone who brings both creative vision and technical excellence to every production. This person should understand how camera work, lighting, composition, music, pacing, graphics, sound, and editing come together to tell powerful stories that connect with people.

Job Summary:
Under general supervision, performs a variety of work in the general maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities, and equipment. Performs related duties as assigned.
Overall Responsibilities:
(Any one position may not include all of the listed duties, nor do all of the listed examples include all tasks which may be found in positions within this classification.)
General maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities, equipment, and grounds.
Performs a variety of general facility maintenance and operation tasks. Such tasks would include:
• Liaison with contractors to ensure jobs are efficiently and effectively completed
• Update FMX (facilities management database) daily
• Collaborate with Facilities Director to plan, schedule and oversee projects
• Ensure all equipment inspections are conducted as required
• Serve as contact for facility emergencies
• Assign custodial contractors as needed
• Assist with moving furniture and equipment as needed for Sunday and special events
• Identify projects requiring the services of a higher skilled crafts person
• Obtain quotes and arrange for services of outside vendors as directed
• Open and close buildings
• Activate and deactivate building alarms
• Submit purchase requests, invoices and receipts to Facilities Director
• Maintains clean, safe, and orderly work sites
• Build and lead a volunteer team to assist with Sunday and special events
Qualifications:
Education, Training, and Experience
Any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described including related work experience in one or more of the building trades.
Knowledge of:
Methods used in maintenance including basic knowledge of the following trades: carpentry, plumbing, painting, masonry and grounds keeping; maintenance of hand tools and gas-powered equipment; standard practices and tools used in the maintenance and repair of building facilities; safety practices and procedures related to the building trades; proper lifting techniques; basic math.
Skill and Ability to:
Effectively use a variety of hand and power tools; operate appropriate lifts as needed to perform duties of the job; read blueprints; perform a variety of physical labor including climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for long periods of time; lift and carry boxes, tools, equipment and materials a minimum of 75 pounds; review and identify projects needed to be serviced by outside contractors; follow oral and/or written instructions; communicate effectively in both oral and written form; maintain work logs and service requests via FMX database; establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work assignments.

The role of the Graphic Designer is to produce strategic design materials for Free Chapel. Particularly focuses on: churchwide projects (campaigns, general branding, seasonal events, special events), conferences (branding, visual direction, print, live experience, web), and ministries.
DUTIES
• Collaborate with the design team to provide a creative vision for design concepts.
• Create interfaces, concept designs and marketing materials.
• Create campaign and concept designs.
• Participate in creative meetings.
• Demonstrate proactive learning about current design trends.
• Contribute to the design, marketing and production of events and conferences.
